Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form are sent to the third-party service that provides that result path. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we use the contents of your message solely to respond.

Hosting records ordinary server-log information such as an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand general usage. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
Information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements to the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links can lead to county and Michigan record portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Their own policies control information submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored-result providers.
Limited Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process logs for the service, and analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process.
Security Measures
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because there are no user accounts, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where they live, visitors may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of website data. Research did not identify an enacted comprehensive Michigan consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion statute as of August 26, 2026. Because this service retains little information, a request usually concerns the contact mailbox or a log. Use the Contact page. Records held by Michigan, Macomb County, or St. Clair Shores custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the responsible office.
